The Oregon Chiropractic Association is proud to present you with our 2021 Virtual Convention. This annual event that is held each February has hours of quality continuing education that will include national and international speakers on a variety of topics for Chiropractic Physicians, Certified Assistants and other members of the staff.
This year’s variety of topics should offer something for everyone. This event will give you topics and speakers that will give you valuable tools to use in the office with your patients on the next clinic day.
We are excited to be featuring topics like:
Sports Medicine, Posture and Rehab, Nutrition, Reversing Diabetes, Billing, Coding, HIPAA, and Radiology. We are also including CE on Cultural Competency and speakers, that will help you meet the OBCE requirements for 2021.

As the leader of medical services for the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), Dr. Bill Moreau worked with Olympic and Paralympic teams where he was responsible for the care of thousands of Team USA athletes, provided by more than 200 clinicians from numerous health care disciplines. During his tenure at USOC, Dr. Moreau served as the Team USA chief medical officer during the Rio 2016 Summer Olympic Games, and the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic Games as well as serving as the medical director for the the London 2012 Summer Olympic Games and the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games. Dr. Moreau is a licensed chiropractic physician and a board-certified Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP). He has presented more than 500 lectures and postgraduate education programs throughout the world. Dr. Moreau is currently president of the ACBSP and is a member of the Journal of Chiropractic Medicine editorial review board.
Jim Chesnutt, M.D. is a Sports Medicine Physician specializing in the evaluation & management of injuries in youth and athletes of all ages. Dr. Chesnutt is board certified in Family Medicine and in the specialty of Sports Medicine since 1997. His practice at Rebound is focused exclusively in Sports Medicine and the non-operative care of fractures and musculoskeletal injuries, including concussion and ultrasound-guided evaluations and injections. Dr. Chesnutt is currently a team physician for the Portland Trail Blazers, and previously for the Portland Timbers, Portland Beavers Baseball and numerous high schools and universities around Portland. Over the last twenty years, Dr. Chesnutt has offered his professional expertise to improve health, fitness, and sports safety at the local, state and national level. His passion is to help you quickly and safely return to your sport or back to a healthy active lifestyle of walking, running, swimming, biking, skiing or hiking across the Pacific Northwest.
Dr. Chesnutt has been working at OHSU for over 20 years where he has served as the founding Medical Director of the OHSU Sports Medicine Program and Medical Director of the OHSU March Wellness & Fitness Center. Beginning with his Portland Public High School alma mater, he developed high school sports medicine programs across the whole metro area that provided sports injury evaluation & treatment to students of all backgrounds, teaching students the value of healthy lifestyles and injury prevention. Additionally, Dr. Chesnutt serves as a medical advisor for the OSAA, is Co-Director of the Oregon Concussion Awareness and Management Program (OCAMP) and is an advisor to the Stanford Concussion and Brain Performance Center’s national concussion guidelines and education program. Dr. Chesnutt will continue his complex concussion clinic and research at OHSU Family Medicine part-time where he serves as an Associate Professor teaching primary care doctors in the OHSU Sports Medicine Fellowship Program.
Dr. Chesnutt is a SW Portland native, enjoys running along the Portland waterfront, playing the electric bass and spending time with his family and friends exploring and playing in the Pacific Northwest.
Dr. William Foshee (he/him/his) currently serves as the American Chiropractic Association Commission on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Chair and as the chair for the Next Gen ACA Committee, the representative committee for more than 2000 early career chiropractors at ACA. He is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University where he was honored as a Diversity Leadership Scholar for his commitment to underserved population health. He was also named a Philanthropy Fund Foundation Scholar in recognition of his leadership and service to the LGBTQIA community. Dr Foshee endeavors to positively impact culturally competent delivery of chiropractic care and has delivered lectures on health equity to chiropractic stakeholders in national and state organizations, university audiences, and regulatory agencies. He is currently employed by MyoCore, a multi-clinic, hospital-based chiropractic system, at the Medical City Dallas location.
In practice since 1990 in McMinnville, TN, he is the clinical director of Middle Tennessee Spine & Joint, a multi-disciplinary practice that includes chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, and massage therapy. He is a member of the Medicare Carrier Advisory Committee for Tennessee, a member of the ACA's Medicare Committee, and has lectured to chiropractic physicians and staff on Medicare issues. He also was an instructor for the Certified Therapy Assistants training course, and is a contributing author to the recently published text book Chiropractic Therapy Assistant: A Clinical Resource Guide. Dr. McKinley's seminar demonstrates powerful correlation of orthopedic, biomechanic, x-ray and posture exams.

Dr. Curtis Fedorchuk is the founder of Better Health by Design, which is located in Cumming, Georgia. Dr. Fedorchuk has a focused practice on spinal rehab and wellness and has been practicing in North Georgia for over 16 years. He earned his Green Card by being categorized by United States Immigration with an EB-1 Visa: Alien With Extraordinary Ability. Steven Pollei, MD is a board-certified neuroradiologist and the medical director with Medical Scanning Consultants, PA.
